1. Booking & Payments

Appointments: Advanced booking is required. Please arrive on time; arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or a late fee. Deposits: A non-refundable $30 deposit is required for certain services to secure your slot. Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations to avoid the loss of your deposit or additional fees. Payments: Full payment is due immediately following your service via Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or Card.

2. Client Preparation & Conduct

Hair Preparation: Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and fully detangled. Additional fees will apply if extra preparation is required. Children: Must remain calm and seated. Services may be declined if a child is unable to sit still. Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

3. Safety Protocols

Hot Water Dipping: You must remain completely still. Do not move your head or reach for towels until instructed to avoid severe burns. Sharp & Heat Tools: Avoid sudden movements while scissors, needles, or heat tools are in use. Health & Guests: Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. No extra guests allowed unless pre-approved.

4. Service & Refund Policy

Reporting Issues: Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment. Refunds: Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Retouches: An additional fee will apply for all retouches, depending on the hairstyle and damage.
